I'm not very good at long, drawn-out posts, so I'm going to keep to the point as best I can. I apologise if this offends/shocks people, but I'm not going to hold back.

The constant flaming and other stuff on the forums has caused a lot of problems. People are leaving or going AWOL because of the hostile atmosphere that has engulfed the boards. I've got to admit, I don't enjoy coming to the forums as much anymore, and I don't blame those who have left. Stupid arguments and stupid threads have made logging in more of a chore than anything.

So, I will say this once, and if I'm forced to say it again, there's going to be trouble: STOP IT. If you've had a bad day, find something to vent it on (a punchbag or meditation or something) instead of people here. If you've got something to say that doesn't have any point to it (apart from in the offtopic thread) then don't (I mean random topics like the ones Zombie Assassin has made; sorry to pick on you ZA, but it is pretty annoying). And I don't want an inbox full of people saying "it wasn't me" or "I only did [insert thing that person did] because of [insert lame excuse]". Now, before people start thinking "Christ, what a dick", I want to make this clear: I don't want to be known as another Immoral Sniper, who although was a good moderator, was a little too extremist - so don't expect me to have a sig loaded with people's "spamming citations" anytime soon (for new members: Immoral Sniper was a moderator a coupla years back). But the current situation is getting ridiculous, and some people are beginning to piss me off. I just want the stupidity and hostility to stop. And I'm sure a fair few people will agree with me.

P.S. In case you're wondering where the flame thread went, I moved it to Garbage. We don't have crack dens to deal with drug problems in society; why should we have a flame thread to contain the flame? (Which, I might add, didn't work because it caused an overspill to everywhere else). Flaming is against the rules of ANY forum. So why should it be acceptable here?

I saw Keyes' thread, and i have to say, i don't blame the people leaving either.

We have been breaking the rules more than often then ever since I came along (well, at least i think so), and I blame this all on myself.

Why are we always breaking the rules? I don't know, but from now on, I am going to not ever break a single rule ever again, and i won't flip out when people flame me! I will be nice and courteous to others for as long as i can!
