It doesn't matter how those different religious organizations interpret the "holy" books, as in all of the three abrahamic religions its clearly said by the god that gay is bad and they need to be stoned to death or something. And of course changing that damages the core of those religions, but I dunno I see religion itself as a damaged worldview.

It depends. The Old Testament, there are serious repracutions for being gay (after-life and the real life), and since Christians and Jews alike stay by that book (or atleast SHOULD), homosexuality is "icky" and bad. So yes, those three religions preach hate against anything that's not like them. What a lot of you guys are doing though, is using the Catholics as the model for all Christians, which isn't quite the same ting. I mean, Southern Baptists are bad, but not for the same reasons as Roman Catholics. --------------------  (1) I like to beat women. Yeah, that's very stereotypical of gays... The religions themselves can choose who they want to follow them, at least officially, I.e. you must be born into some faiths. Therefore, it is not wrong to deny homosexuals a marriage. However, it would be wrong to deny two partners some kind of legally binding contract similar to marriage, except it would not be religious. Although I think the Cath Church should change its policy on gay marriage, that's not going to happen, and if you don't like that, then there's nothing stopping you from making your own religion, or joining another one, or even trying to change the minds of your faith leaders. --------------------  |

Actually, One woman her self can conceive a baby by undergoing a sietific process without any semen/sperm. The catch is that she can only make females. When this was first discovered, there was a sci fi book written about it.
