I'm On A Boat Group: Moderators Posts: 2264 Joined: December 04, 2004	Well, after restarting my course at uni and having nothing to do for the summer (besides going to Reading Festival ) I thought: I'm sitting on a lot of money atm, and I REALLY want to go to Australia. Been a bit of hassle booking the whole thing, but now I'm all set and ready to go --------------------

If you have a diving license I'd really recommend that you'd try scuba diving by the reefs. The view under water is absolutely stunning. Aaaah, yeah, I remember you went away to Australia ages back. Me and the friend I'm going with are planning to head up to Cairns to go check out the Great Barrier Reef, though we both lack diving licences so we'll have to settle for snorkelling. Still, should be awesome.

I have a bet with the friend I'm going with - AU$10 says I can catch a kangaroo without it dislocating more than one of my shoulders. Easiest ten bucks I'll ever earn

I remember logging on to an internet cafe and literally staying there for hours to catch up on the forum postings. The activity was slightly higher back then... That sounds like the ten most painful bucks you can get XD Watch out for their legs. They are pure power, so grab it in a way that also grabs the feet, or that makes the feet point away. We don't have rabies in Australia, because I live there.

However, if you wanna find a kangaroo, watch out for the Sydney Funnel Webs. They're the most dangerous spiders.

By the way, if you go to Sydney, be sure to check out the mall at Hornsby. It's got a gamestore called GAME, another gamestore called EBGAMES, and an electronics place called JB HI-FI. They've also got a theatre, called Greater Union, KFC, Macdonalds and more.

Oh, and don't take your little Kangaroo thing lightly. They aren't easy to get.
