Ok you all know i play WoW quite alot. Now i have a Nvidia 8500 GT (512mb). Dual core 2.2ghz CPU's & 2 GB DDR ram. I play the game full settings at 30-40 FPS. Now i don't think the gcard is the problem but in certain areas i drop to 20-25 FPS. I can purchase 2 more GB of RAM but can somone enlighten me if my FPS will increase with more RAM.

Not really, just means loading will be faster. Although it will make it smoother, but it's mainly the CPU + Graphic card which is the main factor.

Get a GeForce 9500 GT. It's much better than its last generation predecessor and it's cheap too. I'm pretty sure it'll handle WoW all maxed out. However, I highly suggest you get a higher end card like the 9600 GSO or something to have a more "secure" graphics future. It costs a bit more, but believe me, it'll be worth it.

9600GT is very affordable but what will the performance difference be like? will it be much better?

The performance will be extremely better.

Please note that the 9600 is nearly 3 times faster than the 8500. Also, I've seen the card in action. My friend was running Unreal Tournament 3 at maximum settings very smoothly with his XFX 9600 GT.

Another little question i have.

My Graphics card at the moment is idle at 71 degrees celcius. And when playing games does not change, any explanation for why its so high but does not increase.
