Ahh haa, I need a few Star Wars fans to help me out here...

Now he gets his arm sliced off, gets BUZZED then gets chucked off a very high building. Sounds pretty much like hes a burnt splatted armless man.

But...

Anakin and Luke both lost an arm and were perfectly fine, becuase a lightsabre slice nearly 100% seals the wound for sure from the heat. He would most likely not bleed to death.

Then the elecrtic, now from Return of the Jedi we all know you can take that electric for over 20 seconds and still continue to fight.

The fall however is a long way, but mace windu is extremly powerful, and we have seen many Jedi's take huge falls Windu having one himself once in AOTC where his cape is set on fire and he plummets to the floor only to land perfectly on his feet.

Is he dead? I know the official site says he dies (I'v been told), but to be truthful none of what happened could really kill one of the most powerful jedi's of all time.

Yes he is dead. Because at the point of falling, he would have been unable to have the concentration to call up the force to stop himself. He would have been to tired from fighting with count sidious (palapatine). Also you have to remember that where he was thrown out was like 2000 flying vehicles zipping through the area. In all probability he would have been hit by at least 3 cars.

No mace windu is dead! I think palps force lightning was too powerfull, like you say luke could withstand 20 seconds of it but i think luke was a lot more powerfull.

Luke was not as powerful as Windu, Mace develloped his own fighting style and would have slaughtered Anakin if he could forsee the treason. I think he could still be easily conscious after the shock to use the foce upon landing. But the flying car issue may be a problem, but couldnt Windu use his one good arm to grab onto one?

Edit: Also Windu was the only Jedi capable of beating Palpatine. Not even Yoda could do this.

Ive recently just red the scene of order 66 in the book republic commando order 66. Karen travis is a genious the republic commando books are simply genious it makes star wars not kiddy and non shit makes the clone wars actually make sense as well!
