Earthling Pride
PART 2

Phil took a deep breath, "There has to be some way out of here.. There has to be escape pods or something.." Phil tought to himself.

The lack of oxygen in the air was ticking Phil's time away. Phil ran all the way back to the room whit the bodies hanging on the walls. The bodies werent there anymore but Phil did not care about that. He found another door behind the blood and opened it, behind the door there was a room whit nothing worth mentioning expect more doors whit signs above them.

One door was covered in blood, and the sign was unread-able, just out of curiosity Phil opened it. There was blood everywhere, but the important thing was that there seemed to be a few escape pods ready to go.

Phil's jaws allmost fell open, lady luck was on it this time. Phil hurried inside a pod, the pod was small, round ball like shuttle that had a comfortable bench in it. There was not many buttons, so Phil just pressed the big red one.

A door above the pod opened, and the whole room started shaking.

The pod launched up in space.

Phil took a look at the Phobos base, it was covered in somekind of flesh and was dark as night. Phil saw Arlene smiling inside his mind, which gave him strenght. Phil sighed, now all he could do was sit tight and wait for the pod to arrive to earth.

Phil closed his eyes and tried to get some rest.

An red line moved in the deserts.

They were the veterans of the first encounter and their children, their red capes reminded of the slaughter in the past and their dark faces reminded of the present.

Tough, what they were going to face was something they havent been prepared for.

Even the hardest of the veterans showed marks of fear, not fear of the imps, fear of something bigger.

An unkown fear was inside everyones mind.

Phil woke up, it was painfuly hot inside the pod.

Phil tried to open his eyes, but it was too bright, he would have gotten blind. "I must be close to the sun" Phil tought, after it came darker he carefuly opened his eyes to look.

He couldnt see well but it surely wasnt the sun, it was like a dark hole but, it was bright, it was like a dark hole in flames of somekind. As Phil doesnt know pretty much anything about space he did not pay any more attention to it, he closed his eyes trying to fall asleep again.

Homesick

Phil couldnt get sleep, he was wondering what that 'flaming black hole' could be. Every time he tought about it he felt kind of unsafe, a feeling which is hard to descripe whit words, Phil wiped cold sweat from his forehead, something about that black hole brought an unkown fear to Phil.

Phil sighed and tried not to think about it.

Seconds turned to minutes, minutes turned to hours.

Phil looked out of the window, he saw earth. For a second, Phil tought it was over now, that he could get home, but then he remembered that it was only beginning.

Phil anxiously waited, and atlast he could clearly see the blue marble humans call earth floating in front of him. The pod started shaking, earth's gravity started getting a hold of Phil's shuttle, the pod shaked like it was going to blow up, and it was wery hot. Phil closed his eyes and crossed his fingers.

In a matter of minutes, the pod crashed somewhere at earth.

Phil opened his eyes, the impact seemed to have knocked him out for a while. Phil's ears ringed and a headache was bashing his head. Phil opened the door, bright sunlight came to Phil's eyes, being days in space had made Phil's eyes fragilet o sunlight.

After a few minutes he could stand the sun, and opened his eyes to look around. Phil's jaws opened as he looked around, trees, grass, birds singing, and so on, Phil tought that earth would be ruined by now. Phil fell on the grass and breathed fresh air and listened how the bird's singed.

Phil lied there for hours, but eventualy he had to gt up and find out where he is.

He looked around again, but saw no marks of any humans living nearby, so Phil started walking forward, he still couldnt belive that he was finaly home, that he wouldnt need to constantly fight imps and the like.

Phil saw red'ish smoke rising from somewhere, he started running towards the smoke to see where did it come from.

A small village was on fire, Phil started running faster towards it. The closer he came to the village the less he heard birds singing, and the overall beatiful plains were starting to awfuly look like the blood covered hall's of phobos base.

Phil stopped running.

There was human heads on stakes around him, obviusly belonging to the ex-villagers. Phil's face went white, then red. "Why.. Those.. Bastards.." he whispered. Phil fell on his knees, he could hear the screams of people in his mind.

"I.. I wont let you get away whit.. Whit this.."

Baron of hell

Phil actualy hoped there would be some imps near him so that he could rip them to pieces, "Come out! Come out and fight me!" Phil screamed. Phil struggled to not to lose control of himself.


Phil stood up and looked at the village, "These people didint even have a chanche.." Phil said quietly to himself. "But, this whole planet never had a chanche." said a deep voice behind Phil, "What?" Phil turned around and saw a baron standing in front of him, "You see, i took care of this town alone" the baron said and laughed.

Phil didint know were it just bad luck, or is someone trying to push him over the edge, "Well, maybe its your turn now!" Phil said, the baron stopped laughing and grinned, "Say what earthling?" it stepped just in front of Phil, it looked at Phil's eyes.

Phil started shaking, everything he saw was the barons dark face.

The baron smirked, and punched Phil in the stomach, "Blechh!" Phil spitted blood out and took a few steps backwards, holding his chest whit his arms. "What is going on..? I couldnt move a muscle! I.. I was just frozen!" Phil tought to himself.

The baron started laughing, "I could kill you whit one finger, but torturing you will be much more entertaining. That is, what earth is for, for entertainment" The baron started laughing even louder, ".. Shut up!!" Phil yelled, the baron kept laughing. Phil remembered when he turned to that 'beast', when he beated the heck out of two imps, "Thats it.." he whispered to himself.

Phil tried to remember all the horrors he's been trough, he remembered Arlene's death, he remembered his past, he saw earth in flames. Driven to desperation, Phil started 'transforming' once again, his eyes went white and his muscles grew.

Phil screamed of pain as his muscles grew and grew, "Your a fool." the baron said, "Do you think that is going to help you, no matter how big muscles you get. You cannot beat me" it said. Phil stopped screaming.

The human inside Phil had given up and the beast in him took over. Phil attacked the baron, furiously punching him. The baron showed no marks of pain, it just smirked while Phil was punching him, "You humans never learn" the baron said and simply threw Phil off him.

Phil fell on the ground but instantly jumped up and charged at the baron again, whit all his powers Phil punched the baron in it's face, this time it seemed to hit the spot.

Blood dropped from the barons nose, "You.. You actualy hitted me!" It roared furiously, Phil smirked and punched the baron again in its face, the baron spitted blood out.

The baron screamed and grabbed Phil, threwing him into the air.

The baron started forming a green fireball, when Phil dropped to the ground the baron threw the fireball on him.

Phil vanished in the smoke. No scream of pain was heard.

The baron laughed nervously.

The baron stopped laughing and stood there, looking at the smoke, as the smoke cleared, Phil's shredded body appeared. Phil choked smoke out, the baron was suprised to see that Phil was still alive. The baron walked closer to Phil, the baron raised its right hand and started forming a green fireball on it, "You should be proud, you have lasted longer than this whole village did." the baron said, "See you in hell!" the baron laughed.

"Stop!" hissed someone behind the baron, "Imps? What do you want!?" the baron said, "Master wants him alive" hissed a imp, "And i want him dead!" said the baron, and suddenly aimed the fireball at the imp, "Are you going to rebel against the Master's orders?!" the imp yelled, the fireball on the barons hand dissapeared, the baron spitted on the ground, "He's all yours" it grumbled and walked away.

The imp walked to Phil and picked him up, then they both vanished in the air

Phil opened his eyes, "..Where am i?" Phil whispered to himself.

Phil was lying on a steel bed, inside a dark room. A door opened, Phil only saw two pairs of glowing red eye's, "Imps!" Phil tought to himself, he tried to get up from the bed, but something kept him lying on it.

"So this is the allmighty human that escaped phobos, doesnt look so mighty to me!" one of the imps laughed, the other one grapped Phil's arm, "Shut up, Master does not like to wait" it said.

Oh yes, they are really good, currently reading the Hell on earth one, they both have given me great inspiration! Really good books!

Oh and thank you for reading this _long_ story, hope you enjoyed it

oh i didnt read the whole story, just hte last posts with "imps" and "Baron of hell" the last book kinduv sucks though, id stop after the second, which is where the book stops telling you the storyline of the actual game....and starts going into weird dreams.

PART 2

Phil shook his head, the two imps grapped his arms and took him out of the room. They were outside in a ruined metropolis, imps and barons were all around them yelling something at them. Phil did not like the change of events.

They stopped, the imps leaved Phil there, as if they were scared of something.

The ground shaked, all of the imps, even the barons kneeled. Some buildings broke apart in front of Phil, he turned around to look. Phil's eyes went wide open and his skin turned white, there was atleast 10meters tall baron like creature whit some cyborg addons on it, it had a huge cannon implant on its right arm, and a big suplly of rockets on its back, it had dark yellowish skin, two horns on its head, red eyes, its left leg was replaced by some steel implants.

Phil fell on his back, his whole body was shaking from terror as the huge monster stood ahead of him, "N... No W.. Way!" Phil said. The monster's eyes were locked on Phil, then it raised its arm whit the cannon implant and pointed it on Phil.

Phil's eyes went even more wide and he screeched his teeth together as he looked into the huge cannon. Suddenly the monster lowered the cannon, and walked away. Phil stood in the same position, he still saw the monsters lifeless look on him.

An baron came and knocked Phil out, as he did not resist at all.

Phil woke up in a dark room, lying on a wet floor, water was dropping from the roof. "So you woke up" said a voice in the darkness, Phil snapped, "Who are you?" he asked, "Who are you?" the voice replied, "Call me Phil.. I'm a space marine" Phil answered.

Someone laughed in the darkness, "Space marine? Didint you all die at mars?" he said, "Everyone expect me" Phil said in a bitter tone of voice, "I see" the voice said. Phil stood up, "Who are you anyway, what are you doing here and what the f*ck is going on?" Phil said, An aged old man stepped from the shadows;

"They call me Alex"
