How about we give Phil some firearms to help him?
Like, m60, Minigun, Tec-9's, some auto shotty, maybe a laser gun...

An Old Friend

"Kill him." The baron ordered. Smoke rised as the demons walked towards Phil. Phil backed into a defensive position. "A miracle or two wouldnt hurt now.." Phil said to himself.

The demons started running towards Phil, and soon they were all over him. Phil fighted and killed many of them, but their numbers were overwhelming. Phil collapsed to the ground from exhaustion. Phil layed on a pool of blood, his own, and the imp's. The demons backed away and the baron stepped in.

"What a mess you are" it said. "I think its time to put you away from your misery" the baron laughed. Suddenly the ground started shaking, a bright light came from the skies, breaking the smoke clouds. "What?!" the baron yelled.

It was a huge human space ship. "I.. Impossible!" the baron yelled. The space ship's laser turrets started firing at the imps, quickly killing many of them. The remaining started running away horrified, "You made a big mistake coming here, humans!" The baron yelled and dissapeared.

The space ship landed few hundred meters from Phil. About hundred space marines jumped out, clearing the area of remaining imps that didint run away. A old, bald marine and two medics ran to Phil. "Get him to the ship fast, you marines, scout the area" The man said.

The men from Mars base. They sais a while ago they should investigate and all that. My money is on them

(Darkness. Am i dead?)

(I can hear voices.. Where am i, i cant see anything.)

"..Release! Stat! Where is that blood? He will die from blood loss if we dont give him some...!"

(Human.. Voices? Is my mind playing tricks on me? I remember being overrun by imps..)

"His pulse is weakening!"

(Am I.. On a.. Hospital?)

"Where is that heart synchronizer?"

"I cant feel his pul-"

"Wake up, Phil, wake up, your safe"

"Arlene?"

"Wake up, Phil"

Phil slowly opened his eyes, but couldnt see anything clearly. "Arlene?" Phil asked, "Sorry to dissapoint you, John, but i am not Arlene" someone said. By saying someone i mean the big blurry image Phil was seeing. "Then.. Who.. Are you.. And.. Where.. Am i.." Phil asked. "Calm down. Now, as crazy as it might seem, i am the commander of the mars base." the man said. "What?!" Phil said and tried to get up from the bed, but the man pushed him back, "Calm down, you must rest, i will explain everything later" the man said and leaved the room.

(Mars.. Base.. I.. Cant.. Belive.. It)

EDIT: Im starting to feel bad for killing Arlene, was more interesting writing about Phil and Arlene. Gotta get a new woman on the scene =P

The commander came to the room again, "Have you slept at all?" he asked, "No" Phil said.

"Allright, i think its time to explain whats been going on" he said, "Right after we lost contact whit you and your team, we started preparing for an 'Alien attack' as we tought back then. We armed every civilian aboard, everyone had to go in pairs. We also.." The commander's sentence was cut out by Phil, "Get to the point allready" he said.

"Right.. At first we suffered heavy losses becouse everyone was frightened of those 'aliens', what they looked and the like. I ordered every man and woman to get to the marine headquarters, we estaplished a last stand there. After hours and hours of fighting, we won, every one of them was dead. So, after we didint get any response from Earth I knew that they had come here, and we boarded in the biggest space ship available and, now we're here" He said.

"Too bad things didint go that well for Phobos base" Phil said. The commander was like he didint hear that, "I havent told you my name yet, right? You can call me Rick." Rick said.

"I have something to tell to you too, Rick. My name is not John, its Phil, and im not a real space marine. This will sound crazy.. How could i say it.. I am a geneticaly engineered 'super soldier'." Phil said. "Normaly i wouldnt belive that, but these days i dont know what to belive. Very well then, Phil" Rick said.

"Now, what plans do you have? As you can see Earth is nothing more than full of ruined cities and wastelands. More than it was before." Phil said, Rick scrached his head, "Didint really think about that, we were in a pretty big hurry to get here" he said, "Well, this time the amount of demons is a bit bigger than in mars or phobos, i doubt we have a chanche against them whit the manpower we have" Phil said.

Rick nodded in agreement.

Alright, First thing the old friend part 2 started out Saying Wake up phil, wake up phil, and then it was talking about john, then later on in the next post he says his name is phil caught that right away:D

If you read carefuly, no one ever told Rick that he is Phil not John, so he still tought that his name is John and so he called him John.

If you meant that 'Wake up Phil' it was his imagination, he tought he saw Arlene trying to wake him up

Sorry for not updating, i bought more memory and, belive it or not, i just barely got it installed

After that i had a clanmatch on Enemy Territory, we won 3-0, was a blast tough

Ill write something tomorrow.

Transmission of death
PART 1/2

"They will be back, in much more numerous forces" Phil said, "What should we do then?" Rick asked, "Your the commander, your supposed to know" Phil said in a cold tone of voice. "Hey, im sorry for sending you to Phobos, but i was following orders" Rick said rather offended, "Orders from who?" Phil asked, "From th-" Rick's sentence was cut by Phil, "From the earth goverment? Ive heard that before" Phil said, "But its true!" Rick said.

Suddenly a marine bursted in the room, "Sir, we're recieving a radio transmission from Phobos!" he panted, "What?!" both Phil and Rick yelled, they all rushed to the radio transmitting room. "It came a while ago, it stopped before we could have responded. We recorded it tough" the marine said, "Play it then" Rick said.

It was so weak they could only hear a few words; *Anyone... I am... Base... Died... Out of..Theres...* then they heard wierd, high pitch noises and the record ended. "Could you mute the other sounds expect the high pitch noise at the end" Rick said, the marine nodded.

The sound was like someone would be screaming, expect whit a high pitch tone.

Suddenly Phil fell on his knees, (That voice.. Must... Feed..) "Whats wrong Phil?" Rick asked, Phil raised his head, his eyes were red. "What the hell?" Rick stepped backwards, "He's one of them!" the marine said and aimed his pistol at Phil.

Phil jumped at the marine, his pistol slided at the floor. Rick looked terrified, "That noise!" he yelled, and stopped the record.

Phil's eyes turned back to normal and he letted go of the marine, "What.. Happened?" he asked, "Y.. You tr.. Tried to to ki.. kill us!" the marine said horrified, "What?" Phil said confused, "That noise did something to you" Rick said,

"I think it's better if you return to your room" Rick said in a serious tone of voice, "I guess.. Im a little.. tired" Phil said.

Phil fell on the bed and shook his head, he heard how Rick ordered two marines to guard the door. (That sound, it awoke the virus, but who, or what, does make that sound? One thing's for sure, that is the reason i went zombie and letted the imps kill Alex.. The sound is so high pitch no normal ear can hear it clearly.) Phil thought.

(Wait a second.. Years ago, back when they just had 'geneticaly engineered' me, i remember hearing that noise.. Has to be a coincsidence.) Phil thought.

Phil couldnt sleep, (They could attack any time and im locked in this darn room) he thought.

Suddenly the door opened, a marine in full gear came in, "The commander has a mission for you" he said. Phil nodded and followed the marine. They entered the control room of the ship, where Rick was waiting. Rick nodded to the marine and he left.

Rick walked to Phil. "I have an extremely dangerous mission for you" Rick said, "What is it?" Phil asked.

"You need to go back to Phobos and find the source of that transmission" Rick said.
