Hey welcome to the forums.
Well this needs to be in Questions. Now, spending your points, check the manual next time, but i'll let you off: Goto controlls, Select something that has something todo with mouse pointer (Sorry can't remember the name) bind it to 'Alt' for now, Keep your finger on alt and press either 'Skill', 'Speed' or HP.
