It didnt do crap, ill try it again ill start my server up and go there after getting the mission and if it dont open then what, oh also, I used noclip and went in there and there was no case-.-' Edit Well, I found your problem if you go there before the objective then it freaks out and stops working! Cuz everytime i went there lol Everytime cept for this time and it worked...and nemy err fred seems to be invincible... Actually, you're prolly right. on that day, even my internet browser was going pretty slow. I'll just scan for spyware and stuff like that when i get home, then try again.
