Boot steps rose from the hall and sounded like soldiers but something told Tom not to rush to the door. He pressed against the wall instead. Nick remained back at the teachers desk, following Toms lead. Soldiers approached their door and a flashlight shined in briefly, but they didnt attempt the knob. Sounds came from across the hall, however, as the other group welcomed the armed men.
Is anyone bitten? came an authoritative voice. Most likely a soldiers. No, chimed several people. They sounded happy to see the men. Thank God youre here. Get back in the classroom! a man ordered, Nobody moves. Tom peeked through the very corner of the window. Five soldiers had their backs turned to him, and amongst them, stood one man in a labcoat. He had a clipboard with him and seemed to be flipping through it. He looked like a scientist. You, said the scientist, motioning to the woman Tom had noticed earlier, did the infected individuals prioritize you or the bait? The woman was puzzled, her brow furrowed. Huh? |

You finished that section very nicely indeed. Your description is excellent and i love the atmosphere of confusion. Best story i've read on here.
Can't wait to read the next part. |

Excellent story. I like the bitten girl, the callous soldiers, the strange government scientists running a mysterious and sinister test, the good descriptions of the protagonist's emotions, and most especially the decent grammar, spelling and the clear descriptions.

Its a bloody good cliff hanger if anything. Next year this could become a film where an Hollywoof film director read this, found him out and asked him to help the guy direct it like Steven Sielberg.
