I don't belive this petion will do any good. Since Blue Summer only put like 2 setences of lines on the petition!!! I don't think, that a petition? Anyways I'm just suggesting you make it atleast an page long. Nor will I sign it, The devs MAY port it to source. But I belive they are busy working with their new RPG project.

Why do people keep making these threads about BB:SOURCE? And a petition now? Come one, a petition will do nothing. Its not like you are changing laws, adding laws or anything, this is just a Mod.....a great mod. This is just plain ridiculous to have a petition. And personally, I believe Sniper is doing a great job, answering questions that have already been answered a thousand times, and reducing the number of "flame posts" from users that actually get sick and tired of answering those questions. Even though he's not a mod, I think he's doing a good job. Beats me having to say shit over and over.

To be honest, the potential of brainbread (in its creativity and all) is limited by the HL engine. What have we seen with HL that BB can do?

-> Already impressive maps .. beautiful
-> beautiful mdls
-> GOREgous (xD) system
-> Realistic sounds
-> Gameplay (<- .. well, can improve on this =p)

And other things that I'm sure are there but I forgot to add.

With source, this mod can only get better. Especially with the better-than-average-skill-of-3rd-party-modder's dev team we see here (no kidding .. I'm not sucking up or anything).

but no harm in showing how popular and great this mod is,and yeah, the ageing hl1 engine is holding brainbread bk to what it really could become.

I'm not sure source would be very well suited to brainbread though. I mean you could do great stuff like decent fire effects, improved AI, physics, player barricades etc....
but think about it - how many zombies are there at one time on brainbread? Alot. HL2 is the best looking game with the highest active model count but still, limits. It wouldnt be the same...not like the zombies in HL2 were ever much of a threat unless you walked right into them (or unless there were those creepy bastard spider/fast headcrabs *shudder*). But I suppose they did alot more than I thought was possible with the HL1 engine....but then HL1 never did get slowdown whereas HL2 has it every now and again (extremely rare but still if its there its limiting)

I say yes (cos I'd love to see a zombie source mod) to the petition - but I dont think it'll help much. They'll do HL:source if they have the time, inclination and help from Valve but bear in mind every other mod on the internet is jumping to source as well. We'll see how many actually make it.

id say that bb will definetly come to source as the tools are there for making mods so it is just a matter of time

Okay everyone. I hate to break it to ya. i know its sad. BUT THE WHOLE ZOMBIE KILLEAGE IS OUT A A NEW HL2 MOD: DAWN OF THE DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah I havnt checked theyre site in a while,but they were bringing DAWN OF THE DEAD to hl2 scource. suuuure it wont be as good as BB but to be perfectly honest that new RPG could be fricken awesome, so how about petitioning about more info for that? (Sci-fi? Fantasy,Zombies? completely original?) Im probably being dumb as I havnt read Madmax's thingie wich probably has more. And the dev. Team is busy with theyre new RPG so they probably wont have time. anyhow. BB+SCOURCE= already taken. DAWN OF THE DEAD. end of discussion. (well most likely not.)

Look right source would be great,the BB devs would even get funding support from valve which they have confirmed if they try to port it to source.But in the meanwhile BB needs to over come all the bugs and release all the patches, but then maybe they mite port it to source.

I would like to see BrainBread grow into Source!
