Ok all..
Heres my next instalment of the story: Dan slammed the door behind me as I walked further into the apartment. The room itself was relatively big and you could tell this was a luxury upper class apartment. The freshly white painted walls looked stunningly smooth and well presented, the furniture too was all top of the line. A comfortable looking leather sofa was placed against the wall in front of me. Ian calmly walked over and sat in it, the black leather squeaked as he did so. I turned to face the window only to see to tall, uniformed, female sniper studying me. "Who the hell is this?.." "This.. Is the only person who made it to our barricade." Ian said roughly "Well just one more person on the all you can eat buffet list" She said sarcastically "That isnt going to happen... We're all going to get through this." Ian snapped She then turned back towards the window and looked through the scope of her rifle. "You know what the horrible thing is about this whole mess?... I know, well knew some of the people down there." She then pulled back on bolt and fired. "Thing is... They're not the people I once knew. I looked on in horror as she fired again; her face was fixed in an emotionless, heartless expression. She then turned to face me once again. "You cant show mercy to these things... Its kill or be killed" She continued to gaze. The room was silent and felt cold. Everyone had the look of uncertainty about them. The silence however was soon broken. "What now...." Pete said in a worried yet frustrated voice. "We set up a perimeter on this floor, all of us will have take turns in watching the stairwell" I took a step towards Ian. "I'll do first watch if you want.." Ian looked up and down at my bloody and tatty uniform. "ok... Here take my weapon." Ian said while holding up the metallic black MP5. I took it out of his hands and headed back towards the door. "Oh... One more thing..." Ians voice said behind me "No heroics..." I gave a vague nod and opened the door. -------------------- When theres no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth...
